I don't want to become a grandparent who has forgotten what it was really like bringing up my children and making up vague memories of what we did for you all, and providing unhelpful tips- so I am going to try and write up here as we go along so there is a real place of reference. The only problem is that even that newborn phase feels far away already - Ella is already 20 months old (!) but I can't turn back the clock - I will just have to try and remember and try not to fluff over the difficult parts of bringing you all up!!
